Malaysia's Geospatial Hub (MyGeoHub) is a sharing platform that combines open GIS resources such as geospatial information and applications for public access. Through this platform, public users can easily access and download open geospatial information and use the information for analysis and decision-making purposes. MyGeoHub's objectives are to be the main reference centre for various geospatial information, to help make decisions in various fields (data driven decision) and to enrich the Government's data resource repository by becoming a one-stop data centre for geospatial data that indirectly supports the development of Big Data Analytics (BDA). It will also be a reliable source of geospatial data and help users in solving geodata related issues.
In addition, MyGeoHub is also a medium that allows registered users to contribute their spatial data through a crowdsource function.
